Trump Ocean Club is a first of its kind for Panama City. It is a $220 million mixed-use project that allows you the opportunity to live, work and play all under one roof.

This is the Trump Organization’s first real estate investment in Central America.

Situated on Punta Pacifica, the 70 storey tower is set to offer the luxury of hotel-living for its residents combining amenities such as a wellness spa, yacht club, private beach, gourmet restaurants and a state of the art business centre with condominium residences and bay lofts.

The waterfront tower design flares like a fully deployed sail over Punta Pacifica. Punta Pacifica is a developing area on a peninsula that extends into the Pacific Ocean, bordering the financial center and the residential area of Punta Paitilla, on land that was reclaimed from the sea.

Covering 2.8 million sq ft the tower will offer accommodation in 509 condominiums, 126 bay lofts and will open 369 hotel condominium suites for visitors. Other amenities will include a 45,000 sq ft Trump Casino, an Elite sky lobby and a 24 hour medical service.

All units will have spacious terraces overlooking the Bay of Panama and Panama City, and include fine finishes such as European cabinetry, granite countertops, marble flooring and designer fixtures.

Designed by architect Arias Serna Saravia the project will take three years to build, in collaboration with Panama’s prestigious K Group Developer, with completion expected in 2010. Apartments will range from $400,000 to $1million.
