Expedia latest travel service to accept bitcoins
Travel site Expedia has also announced plans to accept bitcoins as a form of payment for hotel reservations.
After online booking site Cheapair.com and Sir Richard Branson’s commercial space carrier Virgin Galactic, major travel site Expedia has also announced plans to accept bitcoins as a form of payment for hotel reservations.
The online travel site has partnered with Coinbase, a third-party bitcoin payment processor, to integrate the service into its hotel bookings site.
That means that along with payment methods like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, travelers will find also find a bitcoin option.
