Ladurée is partnering with Christian Louboutin starting in September on a series of macarons boxes illustrated with his iconic shoes.
There are three different gift boxes decorated with Louboutin shoes and purses.
The lid is designed to have a torn trompe l’oeil effect that gives a hint as to the contents.
“Inside, the flavours of the macaroons take on a Mediterranean twist, created by pastry chef Philippe Andrieu.”
Vogue UK reports that the three beautifully decorated boxes will be available from September 11 and will start at £9.80 ($16) for a box of six.

Oh mon Dieu, what a glamorous and sweet combination: Decorated boxes with iconic Louboutin’s shoes filled with Ladurée’s macaroons. I definitely need to OWN one to match my Louboutins when inviting my friends chez moi for a cup of tea in the afternoon. Oh-la-la!
