A model recently presented a wedding dress decorated with 3,999 peacock feathers at the wedding expo held in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province of China.
It may not be the longest, but surely is one of the most impressive wedding dresses : )

Male peacocks each shed an average 200 feathers during an average year, meaning the makers of the dress would have needed to collect dropped feathers from more than 20 birds for a year to gather enough for the gown.
