They are Mykita & Bernard Willhelm’s Franz Limited-Edition Aviator Sunglasses for $525 now on pre-sale at costume designer Patricia Field’s online shop.
They ship after September 17th.
This model, called Franz, is a limited edition and it was inspired by and named after legendary downhill champion Franz Klammer.
The expansive but spartan design is a conscious reference to the inadequacies of past manufacturing methods.
