Artist Daniel Buren — who created the runway set — turned his original design into a backdrop for the ads, which were shot by Steven Meisel in New York City.
The multiple double acts reference one of the collection’s main inspirations, Buren’s most famous work Les Deux Plateaux, a similarly geometric work of black and white columns situated in Paris’ Palais Royal.
