The 550sq m Incheon store is dedicated to Louis Vuitton’s passion for travel.
It features leathergoods, women’s and men’s shoes, belts, ties, textiles, fashion, jewellery, sunglasses, watches and other accessories.

After Paris, the eagerly awaited retrospective of late French designer Yves Saint Laurent will open in Madrid in October.
The public will discover 40 years of the work of the designer who changed the face of French and international fashion during the 20th century.
The collection will display over 300 pieces like haute-couture and prêt à porter creations, drawings, personal objects, films, photographs and sketches.

Christian Louboutin has been selling 25 pairs, costing hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars, in his first-ever men’s store in Paris that opened in August.
Apparently, the more lavish models are most popular, with Louboutin saying that his male customers “come in and they say, ‘What do you have with studs?’”
And that his studded high-top sneakers ($993) and a more elaborate version with crystals ($2,278) belong to his bestsellers.

A more discreet crocodile, now in silk, a touch of leather and plenty of flow: Lacoste presented its Spring 2012 collection on Saturday with a focus on women, the first under its new artistic director Felipe Oliveira Baptista.
Oliveira Baptista said his vision in designing the line of clothes was that of a woman who was “energetic, casual and chic.”
Rene Lacoste, the French tennis player and businessman who founded the clothing empire in 1933, “was a visionary,” Oliveira said.

Mulberry has opened its largest and third retail location in New York and for the first time will offer its entire collection in-store in the United States.
Mulberry’s third New York location, and its second in the SoHo district, is on Spring Street. The new location is 5,000 square feet and opened Sept. 6.
The space has white pillars, dark reclaimed wood flooring and high tin ceilings, according to a report from Women’s Wear Daily.

Italian brand Roberto Cavalli has announced that it will open its first Japan flagship store in September, with the designer behind the label to visit Tokyo to mark the opening of the boutique in early November.
The store is located in the city’s upmarket Aoyama district and will also be the first directly owned and managed Roberto Cavalli boutique in Asia.
“Tokyo is on the world’s stage of fashion, glamour and sophistication,” said Cavalli. “This is a city of energy and inspiration.
