And on the opening night, 9 July, you can partake in once of the special dinners supervised by the state chefs of Monaco, the Elysée Palace and the Kremlin, followed by a stunning firework display.

Bernard Vaussion was chef for Presidents Pompidou, Giscard D’Estaing, Mitterrand, Chirac and Sarkozy, while Jerome Rigaud has been Executive Chef at the Kremlin since September 2008.

The evening begins in the harbour of Monaco, when guests will be welcomed aboard a 35m Riva Domino yacht with a glass of Mumm Cordon Rouge and amuse-bouches by LeNotre, before being whisked to the heavens for the experience of a lifetime.

Once aloft, they will be surrounded by exquisite luxury: chandeliers and glasses of finest St. Louis crystal, and cutlery by Christofle, and a view to die for, observable from the 360º seats.

The dinner itself will be accompanied by the legendary Cuvee R. Lalou 1998, derived from the seven Grands Crus of Maison Mumm champagne, a perfect blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with an exceptionally light touch.

Tickets for twenty-two guests at each table will be on sale at €1000 per person, €100 of which will be donated to Princess Stéphanie of Monaco’s Fight Aids Foundation.
