According to the New York Post, Shaquille O’Neal, one of the most dominant players in the history of NBA, is having some issues selling his home on Star Island on Miami Beach.

The Phoenix Suns center just is marketing the mansion for sale at $25 million, which is $10 million less than its highest asking price back in November 2007, when the deal fell through.

O’Neal bought the 2.5-acre property, with 300 feet of waterfront, for $18.8 million back in 2004.

Esslinger Wooten Maxwell broker Kevin Tomlinson, who cited the listing on his South Beach Real Estate blog, said the market is making it difficult for anyone, so cash buyers are looking for bargains.
