Tom Ford is launching a new men’s fragrance for the Fall/Winter season. Tom Ford Noir is described as an urbane, refined and sensuous scent with an oriental twist that mirrors the dual facets of the designer’s personality.
Tom Ford Noir will be the third fragrance for men in the brand’s Signature collection, after 2007′s Tom Ford for Men and 2009′s Grey Vetiver.
The notes include Italian bergamot, verbena, caraway and violet, which are spiced up with Madagascar black pepper, nutmeg, iris resin, geranium, rose and clary sage, and amber, patchouli, vetiver, benzoin and vanilla to round out the bouquet.
“Noir is enigmatic, complex and surprising. Its spice notes are soft and extraordinarily sophisticated; it juxtaposes a grand and feminine rose with cool and extremely precious orris.
Then the oriental warmth pulls you closer in an almost addicting way. ‘Noir’ is perhaps my most personal fragrance yet,” Tom Ford explains.
Tom Ford Noir will be available in October, at a starting price of €77 for a 50 ml spray.
