Aston Martin has trotted out another special edition, the V8 Vantage S, to be formally unveiled in early March at the 2011 Geneva Auto Show.
The S features a unique appearance with a carbon fiber front splitter, a larger air intake, a new rear bumper, and a carbon fiber diffuser.
Other changes include modified side sills, a bigger rear spoiler and 19-inch alloy wheels with bespoke Bridgestone tires.
Inside, the cabin is outfitted with sport seats, a sport steering wheel, Weave Alloy trim, and plenty of Vantage S badging.
The V8 Vantage S is powered by a 4.7-liter unit, producing 424 hp (321 kW) and 490 Nm (361 lb-ft) of torque.
The engine is mated to a newly developed Sportshift II transmission with seven short ratio gears.
Available as a coupe or convertible, the V8 Vantage S will be priced from just over $160,000, with the first European deliveries to begin in March.
