Miguel Paredes, born and raised in New York’s Upper West Side, is an urban realist that specializes in New York graffiti art.
Paredes designed a psychedelic Japanese-inspired visage on the 911 Speedster, replete with colorful tones, a geisha on the hood, and lots and lots of flowers.

A diamond encrusted version of Monopoly has been launched in the UK just in time for Christmas — and it’s yours for just £100,000.
Called Military Monopoly, it replaces the traditional place names such as Bond Street and Mayfair, with the names of Royal Navy ships, Army units and RAF stations.

Rome-based fashion house Fendi is teaming up with Italian manufacturer Inglesina for a collection of baby accessories.
WWD reports December 23 that items including a stroller, pram and baby carrier have been designed in keeping with the fashion house’s classic style.
Featuring the brand’s iconic “F” logo and with a color palette comprising cream, mahogany and blue, the pieces will be available at selected outlets worldwide.

Fashion fans who can’t afford Oscar de la Renta‘s elaborate runway creations will be able to get their own fix as the label is launching a stationery collection.
The label has created a stationery set adorned in bows and other common Oscar de la Renta motifs.
The fashion house is launching note cards, invitations and place cards thanks to a deal with US luxury stationery firm Mrs. John L. Strong.

Hublot is launching the first ever timepiece that has a scratch-resistant gold case. Called the Hublot Magic Gold, the watches will be presented at BaselWorld 2012.
Hublot gold has a hardness rating of almost 1000 Vickers (most hardened steels are up to 600 Vickers).
This makes Hublot the hardest in the world, and by some margin it can only really be “scratched” by a diamond.

CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN, whose red-soled footwear is coveted by women worldwide, is to open his first US boutique for men in New York next spring.
News of the 1,035-sqf shop in the Meatpacking District comes after the brand opened his first boutique dedicated to men’s shoes last September in Paris.
“The men’s shoes only represent a small portion of the business at present but we think it has huge potential for the future,” Alexis Mourot, CEO for the brand, said.
Louboutin’s current line of footwear for men includes a two-tone satin “John John” derby for $895 and a black leather sneaker-like boot for $995 that features corset-like laces running all the way down to the toebox.
Hilton has announced the opening of two new properties in a landmark development at Frankfurt Airport.
The hotels are part of the new SQUAIRE building, a huge center built within Frankfurt’s Airport, continental Europe’s second-busiest terminal.
Comprising a five-star Hilton and a three-star Hilton Garden Inn, the chain’s new developments offer a total of 583 rooms.

In late September, Cessna introduced the Citation M2, a light business jet that fills the gap between the Mustang entry-level jet and the Citation CJ family.
The new design has been in development for three years and it’s slated to fly during the first half of 2012.
With room for two crew and six passengers, the $4.195 million Citation M2 has a maximum cruise speed of 741 kilometers per hour and a range of 2,408 kilometers.

Yekaterina Rybolovleva, daughter of former fertilizer magnate Dmitry Rybolovlev, paid full asking price for the multiroom spread at 15 Central Park West.
This is a record for an individual transaction in a city renowned for pricey property. The record was previously owned by Sanford Weill, a former chairman of Citigroup.
